Lindsay Lohan just can’t seem to keep herself out of trouble. Her recent run in with the law has her charged with lying to a police officer when she made a false statement after her car accident in June on Pacific Coast Highway. Back in June, Lohan told police officers that she was not behind the wheel when her car, a Porsche, slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler truck. But the truth was later found out that she was indeed driving the car, as confirmed by multiple witnesses.
According to reports, the misdemeanor case will be filed within the week by the Santa Monica City Attorney. This could mean big trouble for Lohan as she is currently on probation for the jewelry heist that happened just this year. This new case can trigger a violation on her probation, which could make her serve time.
But trouble does not seem to end there as police officers found prescription pills inside her purse after the car crash. Witnesses also confirmed that there were pills scattered in her trunk. Law enforcers say that they were prepared to press charges against Lohan for drug crimes, but her lawyer, Shawn Holley, stepped in and gave them documentations that the pills were properly prescribed.
After the accident, Lohan was interviewed by the police at the hospital and denied that she was driving the car. Her lawyer arrived a little bit too late to remind Lohan not too comment.

Word on the internet curb or shall I say TheYBF.com is that "R&B Diva", Nicci Gilbert, will no longer be a castmember on the hit TV One reality show. According to the website, Nicci has gotten the ax because not many folks like her, nor can viewers really relate to her and she was voted the least liked castmember. YIKES!!!

Nicci Gilbert, the headstrong singer/fashion designer on "R&B Divas" has officially been fired (or nicely asked to leave) from the cast. Though "R&B Divas" has become a success for TV ONE, TheYBF.com has learned that former Brownstone member and show co-creator, Nicci Gilbert, was given the axe. A source from the show's executive production team told us that market research they conducted showed that viewers just didn't connect to Nicci. In fact, we were told that 95% of those polled said that Nicci was their LEAST favorite diva. WOMP!
The production team doesn't want to announce the firing publicly until a cast for season two is in place...but Nicci has already been shown the door. Also, an L.A. spinoff is in the works for the show and that cast will be announced soon.
But it doesn't seem like Nicci is letting the news get her down. The "Curvy Diva" still has her "Curvato" clothing line and even retweeted a fan's comment about getting her and her former co-stars on "BET's Black Girls Rock". At least she doesn't seem to hold a grudge against the other ladies.

The mother-of-one, who has designs on moving to Europe (in her case France), looks incredible with a huge afro in a eccentric ensemble for the magazine.
With an obvious ’70s feel to it, the shot is screamingly flamboyant compared to the actress’s normal style, but she looks brilliant.
The Diana Ross-esque look is for the November issue of Interview magazine.
The publication has released two versions of the cover, which sees the mother of four-year-old Nahla also sporting the big hair.
One cover features the Cloud Atlas star – who is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez – in colour, while the other is a black & white photo.
